چکیده
Aim: The study aimed to quantify and characterize the Training Load (TL) in a Functional (FT) model using Heart Rate (HR) Session Rating of Perceived Exertion (sRPE) methods, verify whether these methods could be valid monitor TL during FT program. Methods: design consisted two phases: phase 1 - composed single training session (FTSESSION), which HR, sRPE, pre- post-exercise lactate [La] levels were assessed; 2 program (FTPROGRAM) with eight weeks duration sessions per week. HR SRPE utilized all sessions, results between vs. 8, 8 9, 9 16 compared. Results: On 1, distribution demonstrated that participants spent about 75% total time above 80% HRmax. Post-exercise values significantly higher (p < 0.05) than pre-exercise. mean sRPE score was 8.5 ± 1.2. In 2, different 1-8 8-9 0.05). A strong correlation (r = 0.790) internal load (ITL) impulse (TRIMP) observed. Conclusion: Our data FTSESSION can characterized as high-intensity exercise, based on pattern responses reinforced by [Lapeak]. Also, monitoring (sRPE TRIMP) proved for programs.

OBJECTIVE Research suggests that one physiological effect of concussion is a disruption in regulation of autonomic nervous system control that affects the balance between parasympathetic and sympathetic output. While changes in heart rate after concussion have been observed, the nature of the heart rate change during progressive exercise has not been well evaluated in acutely symptomatic patien...
متن کاملthe design of a simulation training protocol of taekwondo competitions according to profile of heart rate, blood lactate and rating of perceived exertion (rpe) changes
abstract physical injuries during taekwondo competitions often happen due to physical contacts during fighting; therefore, a training protocol was designed in line with the physiological stress of a real competition according to la, hr and rpe changes so that the athletes could perform the techniques with a pad instead of a real opponent. for this purpose, 12 professional taekwondo players from...
متن کاملRating of perceived exertion and heart rate relative to ventilatory threshold in women.
Forty women took part in a study designed to investigate self-selected exercise intensity relative to ventilatory threshold during circuit weight training (CWT) and exercise-to-music (ETM) sessions. Subjects were assigned to one of two groups which were beginners (B) or habitual exercisers (HE) on the basis of their exercise habits. All subjects first underwent a laboratory cycle ergometer test...

PURPOSE To describe the objective and subjective match load (ML) of wheelchair basketball (WB) and determine the relationship between session heart-rate (HR) -based ML and rating-of-perceived-exertion (RPE) -based ML methods. METHODS HR-based measurements of ML included Edwards ML and Stagno training impulses (TRIMPMOD), while RPE-based ML measurements included respiratory (sRPEres) and muscu...
